Assignment 3
1. What does the video say about how media influence works on individual people?
The media influences everyone in various ways. It can influence us in a negative or in a positive way. It is an extremely useful tool that we all use in our everyday lives while on the computer, reading the newspaper, watching television, or even looking through a magazine. It can affect us in a negative, because while using the media, we take advantage of our time. However, it impacts us in a positive way, because we learn about events and things that are happening and occurring in the world.

2. What is your favorite fact pointed out in the video? Explain why this fact is important or interesting to you?
My favorite fact pointed out in the video was the statistics of Facebook. It shocked me how much it has grown in the past years, and how many people are on it everyday, every hour of their lives. They check it constantly and it eventually becomes a second nature. This caught my attention, because for example, I learned that every day about a million people join Facebook.
3. How is multimedia affecting our daily lives? Do you think there such a thing as "too much media" in our lives?
Multimedia is affecting our daily lives in a negative way rather than in a positive way. It gives us information, it searches for us, and it basically makes us be dependent on something. It makes everything much easier, and it's getting to the point were people are over-using the media. Today, our world is overrun with technology. In other words, there's "too much media" in our lives, making people dumber and dumber as time goes by.
